Since tickets are sold on behalf of third parties, some events may be cancelled for reasons of force majeure. In this case, the full amount of the ticket will be refunded without any charges by MUSIC in VENICE.
At the request of the customer who, after purchasing the ticket, can no longer participate for personal reasons at the chosen event, the money spent for the purchase may be refunded to them (requests must be sent by e-mail to Customer Service at: info@musicinvenice.com).
Important: for administrative reasons, no request can be accepted and no refund can be given in the 24 hours prior to the beginning of the event.
If the customer is unable to attend the chosen event, but notifies Customer Service after the event has taken place, no refund can be issued.
If the customer has found the show unsatisfactory based on their personal taste, no refund can be issued.
Customer can request a refund via email to the Customer Service info@musicinvenice.com on by phone at number +39 348 190 89 39 (from Monday to Friday - from 10 am to 07 PM, Italian time).
Refunds may also be made in the form of GIFT CARDS, which can be used directly at MUSICINVENICE.COM to purchase a ticket of the same value for another event. These Gift Cards will be valid for 90 days after the date of issue.
